The Rol Kids

Some days ago, one group of class, The Rol Kids, made a presentation about the Cooperative Learning.
First they explained what is cooperative learning about, what does it means. Then they explained the different type of groups and about the placement of the tables, here the teacher did a clarification because the tables have to has a specific disposition in order that the teacher can walk around it.

Then we learn that the Cooperative Learning doesn't have advantages on disadvantages because there are not disadvantages, there are just some difficults to put it in practice. And this is interesting because I used to confuse those terms.

After that, two classmates talked abot the differents Cooperative Learning techniques, and they explained two of them: "peer tutoring" and "group of investigation", and it was a good explanation.

There was a thing that I liked a lot of this group and it was the Web Quest. This is a new resourse that is good to know it as a future teachers, because when can add this as a new technology. The web quest has some parts, those are: introduction, task, resources, evaluation and conclusion. The best part is that this group did one to show us!

Finally, the group showed us a video that explained us what is the Cooperative Learning about, and so we can have this concept totally clear.

In conclusion, I think that this group did a good job, although they they did some mistake, but I learn from it because the teacher explained it again, but I know that they worked a lot, as I can saw with the web quest that they did.
